A Auchan La Défense, scène cocasse. Quand un auditeur Lego vient contrôler si la marchandise qui a été vendue à moindre prix à Auchan, est bien vendue en solde et que ce n’est pas le cas…demande à voir le chef de rayon qui le prend de haut et qui lui demande de s’écarter pour parler à l’abri des clients…Pitoyable Grande Distribution !

Un produit acheté 100 vendu 300 en temps ordinaire.

Un produit acheté 50 pour être vendu 150 mais vendu en réalité 300 en magasin.

Là, y a escroquerie au fournisseur et au client !

Suite à notre entretien téléphonique du 18/01/17, je vous fait part de ma réponse quant à votre article, posté le 12/01/17 sur votre blog.

Le Jeudi 12/01/17, durant la période des soldes, un prescripteur de l’entreprise Lego s’est déplacé sur le magasin d’Auchan La Défense en tant que force de vente. Du fait d’un problème de communication entre le fournisseur Lego et moi-même, cette personne ne s’est pas déplacée sur le créneau convenu au-préalable.

De ce fait, l’objet de son déplacement, à savoir une animation commerciale, n’a pas été mené à son terme. En effet, je n’étais moi même pas présent sur site ce jour là. C’est pourquoi, ma collaboratrice, n’ayant pas été mise au courant de cette animation, a demandé au prescripteur de la marque d’y mettre fin lors d’une discussion tenue à l’écart des clients. Néanmoins, je vous rejoins sur le fait que ce type d’échange ne doit pas avoir lieux sur la surface de vente.

Je tiens par ailleurs à préciser qu’en aucun cas, contrairement à ce qui est affirmé dans votre article, Auchan n’achète des produits au rabais à ses fournisseurs dans le but de les revendre non remisés à ses clients.

Je souhaite également vous remercier de votre alerte sur le sujet. En effet, chacune des remontées de la sorte nous donne la possibilité d’améliorer toujours un peu plus la satisfaction de nos clients.

Following our telephone interview of 18/01/17, I give you my response to your article, posted on 12/01/17 on your blog.

On Thursday 12/01/17, during the period of the sales, a prescriber of the company Lego moved to the store of Auchan La Défense as a sales force. Due to a communication problem between the Lego provider and myself, this person did not move on the previously agreed slot.
